Dreamscape Reservations aims to provide flexible options for travelers. The following policies apply:

1. Standard Cancellation -

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase: 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours: Subject to supplier rules and non-refundable tour components.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items -

​

The following are typically non-refundable:​

  • Hotel reservations within 72 hours of check-in

  • Activities with limited availability

  • Service fees collected at booking

3. Refund Processing -

​

Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

​

4. No-Show Policy -

​

Failure to appear for a scheduled booking results in no refund.

​

5. Travel Insurance - 

​

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, illness, or emergencies.
