• Payments must be completed using accepted methods displayed on our website (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx).

• Prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is processed.

3. Traveler Responsibilities -

• Ensure passports, IDs, and travel documents are valid

4. Agency Role -

Dreamscape Reservations acts as an intermediary between customers and service suppliers (hotels, excursions, travel itineraries, destination support).
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers.

5. Changes to Itinerary -

Any requested itinerary changes after booking may be subject to supplier fees.

• Weather-related delays

• Acts of nature

• Supplier errors

 

7. Fraud & Chargebacks -

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
We encourage customers to contact us first for any billing issues.
